My friend Tiffany had the brilliant idea to capture special moments during my @SXSWSydney experience. Sydney and #SXSWSydney made it too easy, as every moment of my trip was special. My talk focused on how to collaborate with AI to grow exponentially vs. erode our thinking and creativity by using it the wrong way. I asked #WWAID (what would AI do) to help us think before we prompt. Asking WWAID helps us frame a series of prompts that unlocks augmentation rather than automating our thinking. The result is what you couldn’t do without AI and what AI couldn’t do without you. 🤯🙌

While in NY this week, I spent time with a long-time collaborator and friend, @nicksungdraws. We've worked together on two books and a series of deep projects over the course of 11 years, yet this is the first time we've met in person.

Nick is an ex-@Disney @pixar storyboard artist. He worked on one of my favorited movies, "UP." And, he's also worked with @Airbnb (@BChesky), @Nike, and many other brands, to unlock the true potential of connecting with other people. Though storytelling may be a buzzword or an overused term, when enlivened, its magic is, well, truly magical. ✨

He shared that while he was in Vietnam recently, he randomly stumbled across a copy of localized version of X: The Experience When Business Meets Design. I had no idea. I've never seen this before.

If you are in Vietnam and have access to a copy, please let me know! 🙏

After all these years, it's still the playbook for experience innovation (CX), especially in a time of AI.
