As agentic AI matures, the winners won’t be the companies with “more AI.” They’ll be the ones with work planning: HR + IT jointly designing human+agent teams, rebuilding workflows around outcomes, and turning the org chart into a living work chart.

Jensen Huang said it best: “IT will become the HR department of AI agents.” In 2026, that stops being a quote and becomes an operating model.

My Review about Mindshift by Brian Solis

As someone who studies human behavior and culture through a health and beauty lens, this book spoke directly to how identity shapes outcomes. Brian Solis does not ask you to simply adopt new habits. He challenges you to reorganize your entire cognitive architecture so that you can create from possibility instead of fear or legacy conditioning.

The six stage model became a practical roadmap for me. Receive. Perceive. Weave. Conceive. Believe. Achieve. It is a progression that feels intuitive and grounded in the neuropsychology of transformation. I also loved the “beginner’s mind” lens. I see this as the ultimate beauty biohack. At any age, you can reprogram how you think about what is possible for you.

What impressed me most was that Mindshift is not just another leadership book. It is a toolkit for self re evolution. It gives language to what many of us are already feeling in this era of accelerated change. That the world is rewarding adaptability, curiosity, and reinvention.
