CMO.com has published a series about trends, predictions, and new opportunities for the past seven years. For their 2018 global predictions series, they asked Brian Solis and other digital leaders the question, “What do you think the customer experience of the future will look like?”
Brian answered, “CX of the future should be designed like a Disney or Pixar movie, complete with character and story development, storyboarding, and integration into a thoughtful and methodical universe where the experience is consistent, integrated, and enchanting in every moment of truth.”
