We often misinterpret the true value of social media. It is not about ‘likes,’ followers, comments or even money.
It is all about relationships and people and the value they take away with each engagement. It’s how they feel and what they think when they’re with you and when you’re not around. That’s why none of this is about business to consumer or business to business.
It comes down to people to people (P2P)…you and me.
